| Gunman robs Island Finance |

  GREAT BAY, A lone gunman robbed Island Finance at gunpoint yesterday afternoon. Police did not release a complete report on the incident, admitting that information was sketchy but promised a detailed report today. At the time they were alerted to the robbery, they were in the process of arresting another bandit for several armed robberies on the island at the police station. By the time they arrived at Island Finance, the lone gunman had already left. The police is calling on the public to provide information to the police to help solve this crime.  Meanwhile, an eyewitness told Today yesterday that the man, came inside the establishment and pulled demanding money from the staff. The bandit was not wearing a mask but rather, a red head tie covering the lower part of his face and a black hat, hence people could only see his eyes and were not able to recognize him. Only two customers were in the establishment at the time of the incident, which occurred at some minutes to 4:00pm. He took money and fled the scene apparently on foot. Today understands that there were no security guards at the establishment or security cameras.
